We’d like to share information about each of our timeshares. Many have their own
websites, to which w provide links. But we also want to tell you a bit about each one - why we like it, what we do when we
are there, the attractions in the area, recreation possibilities, etc. All resorts are listed state by state.
ARKANSASBella Vista Village - The Greens I and IILocated in the northwest corner of Arkansas in the beautiful Ozark Mountains, this
resort is near the towns of Rogers, Springdale, and Bentonville (headquarters of WalMart). The units are either two-bedroom,
two-bath ones which sleep six or two-bedroom, two-bath lockouts which sleep eight. We own both types. Primary activities in
the area are golf and fishing. Also available are hiking trails, outdoor pool, hot tub, other water activities, and
resort-sponsored functions such as crafts and social events. In the spring there is an abundance of flowering trees. Website: http://www.escapesvacations.com/resort_BellaVista/ Cherokee Village - Los IndiosCherokee
Village is in the northeast corner of Arkansas, not far from the Missouri border. It is a complete community with all services
and facilities. The villas in Los Indios are all two-bedroom, two bath units which sleep six. They are located on a lake which
is good for fishing (or just watching the sunset). There are also golf courses, a pool, hot tub, and walking trails available.
The redbuds and dogwoods are spectacular in the spring! Nearby are towns known for good antique hunting, as well as a variety
of dining venues.
Website: http://www.escapesvacations.com/resort_CherokeeVillage/ Hot Springs Village - Los Lagos I and IIThis is our true “home away from home!” Only a day’s drive from our home in Baton Rouge, it is
the resort we visit most often. The units are similar to the ones at Bella Vista, and we own both types. Onsite are tennis
courts, basketball and shuffleboard courts, two pools, two hot tubs, barbecue facilities, and a clubhouse stocked with games,
puzzles, videos, a lending library, and more. Since Los Lagos is located within the borders of Hot Springs Village (the largest
gated community in the world), guests may also use the many facilities of the Village, too numerous to mention, but I’ll
name a few: eight golf courses (each with a clubhouse with dining facilities), tennis courts, a full-service natatorium, two
marinas (with boat rentals), miles of hiking trails, community theater, and every church and service organization you’ve
ever heard of! One can be as busy or as laid-back as desired.
Website: http://www.escapesvacations.com/resort_Hotsprings/ SPECIAL NOTE: These resorts are all in the Escapes! network, website: http://escapesvacations.com. Other resorts are featured on this website as well, including beach locations in Galveston, TX; Orange Beach, AL; and Panama
City Beach, FL. If you would like additional information on any of these resorts, please contact us. CALIFORNIA
San Francisco - Powell Place
City/Share Powell Place is a treasure: a very spacious studio
unit right on the cable car line. From this location you can explore all of the wonders of the “City by the Bay.”
You don’t even need a car! When we visited in 2007, we used city transportation and went all over the city. If you are
over 60, get a one-month pass good for all modes of transport except BART. Be sure to take the cruise to Alcatraz, visit Fisherman’s
Wharf, walk across the Golden Gate Bridge, eat lots of seafood, and take an escorted tour of the city. There is more
to do than you can possibly do in one week, but you’ll have fun trying. FLORIDA
Panama City Beach
- Landmark ResortThis facility is right on the beach (no road to cross).
All units go from front to back, so all have ocean views. We own both one- and two-bedroom units The first-floor units open
directly out onto the sand. From the upper floors one sees pelicans flying right by the balconies. All the fun of the beach
is at hand - wading, building sand castles, looking for seashells and other “treasures,” lounging under an umbrella.
The area has many family-friendly activities and plenty of good restaurants.

Casino, this resort is within walking distance of virtually anything you might wish to do in the French Quarter, Business
District, or riverfront area. We own both one- and two-bedroom units. New Orleans is back in business and eager to greet visitors
from all over the world. Of course, dining, sightseeing, and shopping are the biggest attractions, but there are also wonderful
museums (especially the National World War II Museum and the New Orleans Museum of Art).
Website: http://hotel-deleauvive.comNew Orleans - Quarter HouseAlso
in a historic building (actually several of them), Quarter House is just off Canal Street and , like HDLV above, within walking
distance of all attractions in the French Quarter and downtown areas. We own a one-bedroom deluxe unit which sleeps six and
a lockoff (two bedrooms, two baths) which sleeps eight. You never run out of things to do in the “big easy!”

MAINESouthwest Harbor - Harbor Ridge Resort On
the edge of Acadia National Park, Harbor Ridge is a wonderful place to “get away from it all.” The villas are
three-story units with shared living area and half-bath on the middle (walk-in) level, master bedroom and bath on the second
floor, and guest bedroom and bath on the lower level. All the wonders of Bar Harbor and the park are only minutes away. There
is sight-seeing, trails to hike, the beauty of the ocean, whale-watching, and many other activities to enjoy - as well as
some of the best clam chowder or lobster you could want! And of course, in the fall the brilliant foliage is breathtaking.

MISSOURIBranson - Oakridge
at Stonebridge VillageJust minutes from all of the shows and attractions
of Branson and even closer to Silver Dollar City, Stonebridge offers comfortable, spacious units. Ours are lock-offs which
sleep eight. With so much to do for all ages, Branson is the perfect family destination. Fall foliage is beautiful, and Christmas
season is extra-special in Branson. The shows are family-friendly, too - no off-color humor, and patriotism is very much in
evidence. There is no more wholesome place for families to visit than the Branson area.
Website: http://escapesvacations.com Branson - Surrey Vacation ResortRight in Branson, Surrey is a good headquarters for the shows, shopping, and dining which are so characteristic of
Branson. The Ozarks are beautiful at each season of the year, especially in the fall. For kids, there are amusement
parks, miniature golf, go-karts, and much more for them to enjoy. The shows offer a wide variety of entertainment - from Western
to comedy to Broadway. There is literally “something for everyone!” We own two units at Surrey: a three-bedroom
lockoff which sleeps ten and a one-bedroom which sleeps four. All are very comfortable and convenient to Branson activities.

MONTANAWhitefish - Crestwood ResortOne
of our very favorite places (if it wasn’t for the winters we might move there!), Whitefish is a lovely town about half
an hour from Glacier National Park. We own two units here. Each is a two-bedroom, two-bath villa which accommodates six. Onsite
are two outdoor pools (one heated), two hot tubs, and lovely flower-filled grounds. Glacier National Park is one of the most
beautiful parks in the country. We usually visit in the fall. We picnic, hike, view the scenery and animals, and enjoy the
crisp, cool weather. We see bears, mountain goats, bighorn sheep, elk, and many smaller animals. The drive along Going-to-the-Sun
Road is spectacular, with many pull-outs for viewing specific features of the park.
Website: http://www.thecrestwoodresort.com OREGONRedmond - Eagle Crest ResortIn the high desert between Bend and Redmond, Eagle Crest is a large resort with many onsite activities,
including golf and hiking. Elk roam freely in the evenings. Mountain climbing, exploring volcanic sites, visiting the high
desert, horseback riding, and scenic driving are some of the activities to do in the area. Our unit here is a two-bedroom,
two-bath villa which sleeps six.
Website: http://eagle-crest.com CANADABanff, Alberta - Banff Rocky Mountain ResortLocated within Banff
National Park, this resort is the perfect location from which to explore the Banff area: Lake Louise, the Icefields Parkway
(probably the most beautiful drive on the planet), other beautiful lakes, and abundant scenery and wildlife including bears,
deer, moose, bighorn sheep, mountain goats, marmots, and many others. The weather in the fall is cool and crisp, while summer
nights last until 10:30 or 11:00! We own one- and two-bedroom units here, and they are in high demand during peak times.
Website: http://rockymountainresort.comFairmont Hot Springs, British Columbia - Fairmont Hot Springs ResortThis is one of the loveliest of our timeshares. It is a large resort with numerous
buildings. Our units are two-bedroom two-bath villas which sleep six. They are spacious and comfortable. The resort offers
many activities, from crafts to hikes to movie times. From this location one can explore the Columbia River Valley (headwaters
of the mighty Columbia River) or go further afield into several national parks, including Yoho, Banff, and Jasper. Mighty
waterfalls, serene lakes, abundant wildlife, hidden trails, and much more await the adventurous. You can’t go wrong!
